WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Most money advice assumes:

  • strong working memory

  • consistent motivation

  • comfort with numbers and admin

  • linear thinking about time

Many neurodivergent brains don’t work like that.

 

This workshop is designed for people with ADHD, dyslexia, AuDHD, and anyone who finds traditional money advice overwhelming or shame-based.

 

We focus on:

  • reducing shame

  • understanding why money feels hard

  • working with executive function, not against it

  • safety before strategy

WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER (90 MINUTES)

 

You’ll be guided through a calm, structured reset — with plenty of pauses.

 

You will:

 

  • Understand why money can feel harder for ND brains
  • Gently reflect on the past year without self-criticism
  • Identify money patterns (not “mistakes”)
  • Choose one money area to focus on in quarter one
  • Decide on one small, doable step that feels manageable

 

You’ll leave feeling:
